Le Rêve Provençal, Quartier Les Trailles, 422 chemin de la Riaille, 26110 Mirabel-aux-Baronnies is rented by SARL Le Rêve Provençal. SARL Le Rêve Provençal is owned by Margriet Ravensbergen and Erwin Derksen.

Stay

Arrival between 16:00 and 18:00.
Departure between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
The guest commits to leave the gîte on the set date and time of departure. Under no circumstances can the guest claim an extension unless in consultation with the owner.

Respecting the arrival and departure times is highly appreciated. If you are unable to arrive between the times indicated, we ask you to inform us.

A maximum of 4 people can stay in the gîte. If more people are present, the right of access to the gîte can be refused.

Because of the payment of tourist tax, the number of persons and their ages must be communicated.

Rental price

Included in the rental price: linen (bed linen, bath towels, beach towels and tea/kitchen towels), WiFi, final cleaning and tourist tax.

Reservation

To make the reservation final, 20% of the rental price must be paid within 10 days after the time of reservation. By making the deposit, the agreement is concluded, with which you also declare that you have received and approved the general terms and conditions.

If we do not receive the deposit within the agreed time, we can cancel the reservation within 2 days following the date requested for the deposit.

Payment of the remaining amount

At the latest 2 weeks before the arrival date, the remaining amount plus € 100 deposit must be paid.If there are no irregularities, the deposit will be refunded no later than 1 week after departure. The landlord needs the tenant’s bank details for this. An inventory list is provided for this purpose.

With a reservation less than 2 weeks before arrival date, the total amount including € 100 deposit must be transferred immediately upon reservation in order to make the reservation final.

Cancellation

Any cancellation must be communicated to Le Rêve Provençal in writing or by email. You can cancel free of charge up to 28 days before the arrival date. The deposit will then be refunded.

In the event of a cancellation between 28 and 14 days before the arrival date, the guest will still pay the deposit.

In case of cancellation between 14 days and 1 day before arrival date, the total rent is due. If in this case the gîte can still be rented out again, a certain amount can be refunded to the tenant who cancelled.

Cancellation due to corona

The reservation can only be cancelled free of charge if there is a negative travel advice for the Drôme region in France or in the tenant’s home country within 2 weeks before arrival.

For all other cases of cancellation, our standard terms and conditions apply. So don’t forget to take out your own cancellation insurance.

No show

If the guest does not arrive within 24 hours following the day of arrival and without informing us, the deposit remains the property of Le Rêve Provençal and we have the right to claim the balance. In this case we can immediately dispose of the gîte.

Early departure of the guest, for whatever reason, does not give rise to a refund of the rent, even partially.

Availability

If the gîte is not available due to circumstances, we will immediately repay the full amount paid by the guest. No further form of compensation can be requested by the guest.

Departure

The gîte must be left tidy and broom clean. Everything should be back in its original place.

The dishes must be done. The microwave, refrigerator and garbage bins must be empty and clean on departure. Waste must be taken away. There are several collection points for this in Mirabel-aux-Baronnies. If this is not respected, € 50 will be deducted from the deposit without any form of discussion.

Liability

Naturally, the guest treats the gîte, the furniture, the outdoor area and the equipment that is made available with care. He reimburses the owner for all costs resulting from his negligence and undertakes to report any damage. By renting the gîte, the guest undertakes to leave it in the condition in which he received it (see inventory).

Le Rêve Provençal is not liable for damage or personal injury, loss or theft of property of the guests.

Le Rêve Provençal is not liable for unforeseen cases, cases of force majeure or hindrance that disrupt or hinder the stay.

Under no circumstances can they give rise to the payment of compensation.

In case of disputes, all (legal) costs are for the account of the tenant.

Le Rêve Provençal is not liable for damage that arises as a result of natural disasters, attacks, strikes, acts of violence or accidents.

Le Rêve Provençal complies with the legally prescribed safety protocols to prevent contamination from covid-19. Le Rêve Provençal is not liable for illness or death as a result of an infection such as the covid-19 virus.

Inventory

Upon arrival, the guest will check the inventory list present. In case of missing or broken items, he will immediately inform the owner or the manager.

Swimming pool

Children up to the age of 12 must always be supervised by a responsible adult at a swimming pool in France.

Under no circumstances can Le Rêve Provençal be held liable for accidents.

Insurance

The guest declares himself liable for any damage to the house, garden, swimming pool or household effects, which has arisen during the rental period as a result of or through the actions of the guest. The guest must check whether his personal insurance covers this.

Miscellaneous

The guest agrees:

  • To respect the inhabitants and the environment in general: fauna, flora, various equipment, etc.
  • The gîte can be rented for own use and not for subletting.
  • Immediately notify the owner or manager of any defects.
  • Provide the owner, manager and/or handymen access during the stay for any urgent repairs.
  • Adhere to the house rules that are an integral part of the rental agreement.
  • It is forbidden to smoke in the gîte.
  • Pets are not allowed.

Termination of rental agreement

In case of violation by the guest of one of the obligations, the rental agreement is automatically terminated. This termination is effective immediately and the tenant must vacate the gîte immediately. In this case, the guest will still owe the total rental amount and the guest will not be able to claim any form of compensation.

Complaints

Complaints must be communicated in writing to Le Rêve Provençal during the stay. This is to give Le Rêve Provençal the opportunity to do something about the complaint. After the expiry of this period, no complaints can be taken into account.

Nyons’ courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that may arise from the interpretation, compliance, non-compliance or application of this contract.
