Prices 2027

Our prices for next year will remain the same as this year. What’s new is that we will now charge the tourist tax (€0.80 per adult per night) separately, rather than including it in the rental price. As a result, the total amount will be slightly higher than this year, but the price increase (1.5% on average) remains below the rate of inflation in France (2.4%).

This way, you only pay tourist tax for the number of people actually staying with us. If there are two of you, you’ll pay less than a group of four. That wasn’t the case with the fixed price. We feel this is fairer: a price that varies according to the number of guests is a better fit for what we want to offer than a single fixed amount for everyone.

Conditions

  • Minimum stay: 1 week
    except in 2026 from 2 January to 24 April and from 10 October to 18 December, when the minimum stay is 4 nights.
  • Prices for different length of stay: on request.
  • Linen, wifi, final cleaning and tourist tax are included.
