Mirabel-aux-Baronnies
Mirabel-aux-Baronnies is located in the south of the Drôme Provençale between the lively towns of Nyons and Vaison-la-Romaine. The area is known for its mild climate.
The picturesque village is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. In the village you will find a bakery, a supermarket, a butcher, a pharmacy, a pub and a café-restaurant.
Surroundings
There is plenty to see and do in the beautiful surroundings. Whether you like picturesque villages, beautiful nature or cozy terraces. For the cyclists; the Mont Ventoux and the many cols of the Drôme are within cycling distance. There is also plenty to do for walkers. And from mid-June to mid-July, the landscape turns purple due to the flowering lavender fields.

What a dream
Yes, what a dream, the location is great! Beautiful house, nice terrace, fantastic garden, great outdoor lounge, cosiness all around. Not to mention the hammock, great for reading in the autumn sun. And a refreshing splash in the pool!
The people behind Le Rêve Provençal
We – Erwin Derksen and Margriet Ravensbergen – have been living in France since the end of 2007. We ended up in Le Mont-Dore in the Massif Central, where we enthusiastically have rented apartments to holidaymakers under the name Les Camélias.
Even though we were still enthusiastic about that area and were still happy to share that enthusiasm with our guests, it started to itch. We soon fell for the area northwest of Mont Ventoux and Mirabel-aux-Baronnies in particular. We put Les Camélias up for sale and bought Le Rêve Provençal.
We took our years of experience with Les Camélias with us to Le Rêve Provençal. We allow our guests their privacy, but will always be there for them if needed!
